RETURN POLICY:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding final sale items) can be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS on the DELIVERY DATE of your item(s). Desert Pine does NOT offer refunds of any kind - ONLY store credit.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS - All tags MUST be attached to clothing. Your item(s) must be free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair and any other marks, snags, or stains. If any items are returned to us in conditions where we are UNABLE to resell, the item(s) will be returned back to you. No exceptions.
RETURN TIMEFRAME - You have 21 days to return your item(s) back to Desert Pine. If we DO NOT receive your package within the 21 days after delivery, it will not be accepted and you will not be eligible for in store credit.
RETURN SHIPPING COST - You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to Desert Pine. We do not pay for return shipping or handling costs unless there was a mistake on our part OR the item(s) arrived damaged. We highly encourage that you send your returns back with a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for any return packages lost in transit.
STORE CREDIT - When we receive your return, it will be processed for store credit within 5-7 business days. After your return is processed, you will then receive an email with your store credit information.
REFUNDS - We do not offer credit/debit or cash refunds. Only store credit.
FINAL SALE ITEMS - All accessories and sale items are final sale. Unless we have special promotions being offered (ex- Memorial Day Sale) No exchange or store credit is given.
